Visit URL to Delete your Pulse.me account:
http://www.pulse.me/close-account

Procedure
1. Login to your Pulse account
2. Visit URL above
3. Click 'Close Account'
4. Confirm by trying to Log in @ Pulse Login
5. If login fail, then Success!
6. Delete credentials from your Password Manager.
